Spinach Shake from Fit2Fat2Fit

1-2 Cups of Baby Spinach 
1 or 2 Tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter 
1/2 Banana
1 or 2 Scoops Protein (Optional) 
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 
1 - 1.5 Cups Ice 

Blend in blender. 


This tastes like bananas and peanut butter. You don't even taste the spinach. It's just added nutrients. 
I think it is WLC friendly for all levels. 

They have a lot of different protein shakes on their you tube channel. I haven't checked the rest of them to see if they were WLC friendly or not but I have had most of them and they are all good.
